Virtual UAPB Workshop, Jan. 25, to Cover Credit and Financial Management

A virtual workshop on credit and financial management is set for Monday, Jan. 25. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and end 11:30 a.m.

The training, co-hosted by the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) Small Farm Program and Shekinah Services, LLC, will provide an opportunity for landowners and producers to learn about financial management, credit and credit repair. Updates on financial opportunities related to COVID-19 will be covered.

Other topics include filing taxes, differences between creating a family Limited Liability Company (LLC) or being a sole proprietor, business planning and record keeping.
